Create a Resource Management Plan for your integrative project using the “Resource Management Plan Template” provided. (Refer to PMBOK® 9.1.3.1 for a list of applicable components.) This template is a recommendation, but you may include alternative or additional components to your plan. b. Create a roles and responsibilities chart for your project. This should include at least four project resources. c. Write a summary/brief introduction for your resource management plan to provide stakeholders an overview of aspects of the plan and how your plan was completed. d. Clearly label all sections of your plan, including your introduction and your roles and responsibilities chart. e. Note: You will build upon your Resource Management Plan with deliverables in Workshop Three (Talent development) and Workshop Five (Team management). 4.
